KwikLink - 100 Lines And Growing
--------------------------------
We are continuing to upgrade our number of incoming dial-up lines. The
lines that were announced in our previous newsletter have been installed
and we have an additional 15 lines that are being install today
(Monday Jan 19). These should eliminate the occasional busy signals that
some customers are experiencing.
On a separate note, the recent ice storms in Upper Canada have caused
some difficulties on our high speed data circuits to Toronto over the
past week. We expect these difficulties to be extremely short lived as
the infrastructure is restored.
More Upgrades: The KwikLink Engine
----------------------------------
We are in the processes of upgrading our accounting system. Our
accounting system was designed by KwikLink and runs a number of critical
functions such as: account creation, usage reporter, password changer, etc.
These upgrades should allow us to serve you better in the coming months.
If there are any suggestions of new features that you would like to
be made available, please contact us at support@klis.com
Focus: ICQ - Making The Connection
----------------------------------
(The profile section of the newsletter is new and is designed to inform
users of useful tools they can use to get more from their KwikLink Connection)
ICQ is "your internet telephone" that allows you to find friends
and contacts around the world quickly and easily and send instant messages,
start conferences applications and have fun in the process. ICQ supplements
your internet connection by giving you the power of e-mail with the
real-time quality of a telephone.
ICQ is a product of Mirabilis and is available for download free of charge

KwikLink is always looking for comments or suggestions on how we can
