Senior Citizen Complex Introduction Letter

Dear __________________ and residents of _______________________:
This is to introduce you to ___________________________ and
____________________________ who will be with you on October 31st as a
service to both you, the residents and the ____________________ Housing
Authority. The ___________________ Regional Housing Authority is concerned
about the security of its various buildings from pranksters on Halloween.
As well, my students are very anxious to work with you in this very
worthwhile project.
This year, our students will be on duty from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
or until such time that their services are no longer required by you. We
and the ___________________ Regional Housing Authority sees the primary
role of these students as that of building security. However, the students
are also available to assist residents with the distribution of treats, to
open the security doors, or simply for company and/or peace of mind.
These students will work with you as a "contact person". Your role is to
advise and assist the team that evening in accordance with the wishes of
the residents of the building. In case of any problems, which we see as
highly unlikely, the team will contact the police by using the telephone
provided by the "contact person". The police have been alerted to respond
to a call from this team as quickly as possible.
We ask for your cooperation and support of this very worthwhile project
designed to create a safe environment for you and our community this
Halloween. Any comments or feedback would be appreciated on way in which
we may be able to improve this project in the future.
