THE ALL SAINTS HALLOWEEN PROGRAM

Further to our recent discussions, I am pleased to inform you that ____ of my students are very interested in assisting the ___________________ District School Board in providing security for schools Tuesday, 31 October 1998.
I would like to suggest that we follow a similar situation as has been employed in other school districts...
(a) A janitor (or paid employee) on duty in our central location at _________ on Saturday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. and a designated adult. I will be present part of that time nd will look after the facility after that time if needed.
(b) Use of a classroom and facilities in the school at our central location. The idea is to light various rooms in various schools to show that people are active in the area.
(c) Maybe some consideration for amenities that evening for the students (i.e. coffee, etc.???) In turn, I and my students will operate the following shifts... 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. There will be a minimum of eight students with me during each of these time periods. On Tuesday, we will only operate until midnight due to the fact of school the next day for all of us.
